BMAC System

More Consistent TNC Counts
  • Lower variance produces higher confidence for clinicians.
Higher CFU-F Recovery
  • The higher the cell recovery, the more cells are available for a surgeon to deliver to the application site.
High Concentrations of MSCs and HSCs
  • The concentration of nucleated cells found in bone marrow aspirate generated from the BMAC system is 4.5 ± 0.5 times greater than the concentration of nucleated cells in unprocessed bone marrow aspirate.
Concentrated BMA Delivers High Cell Counts and Clinical Success
  • Concentrated BMA delivers growth factors and highly concentrated stem cells and progenitor cells directly to the application site, harnessing the body's biological potential.
Biological functions
  • Osteogenesis: the synthesis of new bone by cells derived from either the graft or the host.
  • Osteoconduction: the process by which an ordered in growth of capillaries, perivascular tissue, and stem cells takes place from the host site along the scaffold of the implanted graft (bone mineral and collagen).
  • Osteoinduction: the process by which stem cells at the host site are recruited to differentiate into chondroblasts and osteoblasts. This is modulated by matrix-derived growth factors including bone morphogenetic proteins -2, -4, -7 (BMPs).
